Who we are

Who can play

Your account

One person can hold one account. Creating extra accounts to collect offers is treated as abuse and can lead to closed accounts and withheld winnings. We may ask for photo ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method at any time, and payouts can wait until those checks are finished.

Deposits

The smallest deposit is 30 AUD, and crypto deposits have their own minimums. The highest deposit depends on the payment method and is shown when you pick it. Each deposit is played through three times before it can be withdrawn. We do not exchange crypto for fiat money or the other way round.

Withdrawals

A single withdrawal starts at 60 AUD, or 300 AUD by bank transfer, and can reach 3,000 AUD. Up to 6,000 AUD is processed per day. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside these limits. Cashouts are approved on business days between Monday 7:00 and Friday 16:00 UTC.

Bonuses

Every offer has its own wagering, maximum bet and time limit, set out in our bonus terms. One offer is available per person, household, device and payment account, and only one bonus can be active at a time.

Game availability

Some games are not offered in every country because of provider rules. Using a VPN to get around those limits is not allowed and can cost you your winnings.
